This document describes in detail all the conditions for using the qeee platform. Please read it in full before creating an account.
Welcome to qeee. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the qeee website (qeee.cam) and all its services. "Platform" refers collectively to the qeee website, its mobile version, and all associated services. "Member" or "you" refers to any registered user.
By creating an account on the platform or by starting to use the services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.
Important: qeee is only for those aged 21 and above. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
1 Definitions and Explanations
The key terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:
- "Platform" — The qeee.cam website and all its sub-services.
- "Member" — Any person registered on the platform.
- "Account" — A member's own personal gaming account.
- "Balance" — The current amount of funds held in a member's account.
- "Bonus" — Any promotional funds or benefits provided by the platform.

- "Wagering Requirement" — The condition specifying how many times a bet must be placed before a bonus can be withdrawn.
2 Account Registration and Eligibility
To open an account on the qeee platform, the following conditions must be met:
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years old to register. We may request an identity document or other proof at any time for age verification purposes. Providing a false age will result in the immediate closure of the account and all balances may be forfeited.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each member may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds may not be returned.
2.3 Providing Accurate Information
At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. qeee reserves the right to close an account if false or misleading information is provided.
Account Security: Keep your account password and login details completely confidential. The member themselves will be held responsible for any unauthorized use of the account. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.
3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
To ensure a convenient payment system on the qeee platform, we support Bangladesh's major mobile banking services.
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
Deposits and withdrawals are currently available through the following methods:
- bKash
- Nagad
- Rocket
- Upay
- Bank Transfer (Dutch-Bangla, City, BRAC, Islami, Sonali Bank and others)
3.2 Deposit Limits
Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳500.
Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount across all methods is ৳1,000.
Withdrawal Time: Processing is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
3.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Before requesting a withdrawal, ensure that your balance is above the minimum limit and that all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Withdrawals from unverified accounts may be put on hold.
qeee reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and request additional verification in cases of suspected fraud or suspicious activity.
4 Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus.
Wagering Requirement: The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x, meaning you must place bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount before a withdrawal can be made.
Example: If you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing.
4.2 General Bonus Policy
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions, which are stated in the offer details.
- Bonus funds may only be used for placing bets on the platform — they cannot be withdrawn directly.
- If any member attempts to abuse the bonus system or attempts to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, all bonuses and associated winnings will be cancelled.
- qeee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Generally, another bonus cannot be activated while one bonus is already active.
4.3 VIP Program
The qeee VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:
- Bronze — Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Silver — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Gold — Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
- Platinum — Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.
You can advance to higher VIP tiers based on consistent activity and betting. Each tier has its own benefits and conditions.
5 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qeee platform:
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Providing a false identity or age.
- Placing strategic bets with the intention of manipulating the bonus system.
- Using software bots or automated tools to place bets.
- Attempting to breach the platform's security or technical systems.
- Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other members.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal purposes.
- Unauthorized copying or distribution of the platform's content.
Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in the immediate closure of the account, all balances and winnings may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken where applicable.
6 Gaming Rules
6.1 Game Outcomes
All games on the platform are operated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair and unbiased results. Game outcomes are entirely dependent on chance and previous results do not influence future results.
6.2 Technical Issues
If a technical error or disconnection occurs during gameplay, qeee will review the situation and take appropriate action. qeee reserves the right to void any abnormal outcome caused by a technical error.
6.3 Betting Limits
Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed within the game interface. Additional betting limits may apply when using a bonus.
7 Responsible Gaming

9 Account Closure Policy
9.1 Closure at Member's Request
Any member may request to close their account at any time. All available balances may be withdrawn before closure, however any bonus may be cancelled due to unfulfilled wagering requirements.
9.2 Closure by qeee
qeee reserves the right to close any account for the following reasons:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Suspicion of fraud or deception.
- Failure to provide requested information.
- Evidence of being a minor.
- Prolonged inactivity.
10 Limitation of Liability
qeee strives to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, qeee's liability is limited in the following matters:
- Losses caused by internet connection problems or third-party technical failures.
- If an account is compromised due to the member's own negligence.
- If service is disrupted due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters or cyberattacks.
- For financial losses from gaming — gaming is always conducted at the individual's own risk.
11 Dispute Resolution

12 Changes to Terms
qeee reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

All content on the qeee platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements — is protected under qeee's intellectual property rights. Copying, redistributing, or commercially using any content without written permission is prohibited.
